Ball Valves with trunnions help maintain consistent flow rates for high capacity, heavy-duty applica- tions. They have a rotatable ball with a cylindrical flow passage through the center to the con- trol flow. When the ball is turned one-quarter of the way, the flow stops. The port of a full-port or full- bore ball valve equals the pipeline diameter and presents little or no restriction to flow to allow for pig- ging when not attenuated.
Belt feeders are designed to carry material across longer distances, and they are able to extract material from bins and hoppers via a loading chute. Belt feeders allow for volumetric control of materials, but they cannot be used in operations which require an extremely low rate of material flow.

High-Performance Butterfly Valves are used in throttling ap- plications requiring large flow capacities and small installed footprints. The mentioned working pressures are just valid for the pressures applied on the direction of the arrow market on the body. As the valve is designed with gate support guides, the valves are able to support a 30% of these pressures from the opposite direction without any damage on them. In these cases, the valves are not 100% water tight. To obtain total water tightness in these conditions, it is necessary to incorporate additional supports.
The 4-Series Mag-Drive Gear Pumps were designed for OEM applications such as chemical feed systems. These pumps offer a large selection of materials to cover a wide variety of chemical processing applications. A unique feature of the 4-Series pump is its parallel port connections located on the front of the pump. The 4-Series pumps are available in 316 SS, Alloy-C or Titanium construction and deliver flows up to 3.5 GPM at differential pres- sures up to 100 PSI.
The Mag-drive pump is the ultimate method for handling haz- ardous liquids since it eliminates the need for dynamic seals, which are the most common source of leaks in standard sealed pumps. Mag-drive pumps come standard in close-cou- pled configuration with mounting bracket and outer magnet that will attach to the motor frame size specified when order- ing. The United Brass slow opening boiler blow off valve has been designed for the rugged service of boiler treatment and scale. The cast steel knife gate valve conforms to Class 300 of ANSI B16.34 and features a stainless steel seat and disc hardened to Rockwell 60. GHT worm gearboxes in combina- tion with SA multi-turn actuators act as multi-turn actuators with
high output torques. The torque range increases nearly fourfold when combining GHT gearboxes with SA actuators. This type of torque requirements occurs e.g. for large gate valves, weir pen- stocks or dampers.
GK bevel gearboxes in combination with SA multi-turn actuators act as multi-turn actuators with higher out- put torques. Drive shaft and output shaft are perpendicular. Thus, this combination is particularly appro- priate for implementing special au- tomation solutions. These include among others particular mounting positions or simultaneous operation of two valve stems using two GK gearboxes and a central actuator.

The close-coupled configu- ration is the most common arrangement for sealed pumps. It makes installation easy by eliminating the need to align the pump shaft to the motor shaft in the field. Perfect pump-motor alignment and positioning is guaranteed by the precision-machined mounting bracket. Close-coupled sealed pumps include a Cast Iron mounting bracket and flexible drive coupling ready to mate to a motor of your choice. The removable door on the mounting brack- et allows for easy accessibility to the coupling or seal area of pump for servicing or seal replacement. These pumps can also be furnished from the factory with any type of motor, vari- able speed drive or gear reducer.
Segmented Ball Valves provide high capacity, precise control across a broad range of appli- cations. They are similar to a conventional ball valve, but with a contoured V-notch segment in the ball. This control valve has good rangeability, control, and shutoff capability. The V-notch ball provides positive shearing action and produces an inherent equal percentage flow character- istic.
